Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. They set out the rules for using the TechnoUpskills website, courses and services — and the agreement between you and us when you do.

Agreement to terms

By accessing or using technoupskills.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations, and you accept responsibility for compliance with any local laws that apply to you. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use or access the Service.

The materials on this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law and remain the property of TechnoUpskills unless stated otherwise.

Eligibility & accounts

You may browse the Service freely. To enrol or create an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it. If a learner is a minor, a parent or guardian must provide consent and accept these terms on their behalf.

  • Keep your account credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or are used unlawfully.

Enrolments, fees & refunds

Submitting a registration, enrolment or enquiry form is a request for our services; it becomes a confirmed enrolment once we accept it and any applicable fee is received. Course details, schedules, durations and fees are described at the time of enrolment and may be updated for future batches.

  • Fees, payment schedules and any instalment options are communicated before enrolment is confirmed.
  • Refund and rescheduling eligibility, if any, follows the terms shared with you at enrolment.
  • We may reschedule or substitute trainers, sessions or content where reasonably necessary.

Use license

We grant you permission to temporarily access and view the materials on the Service for personal, non-commercial use. This is a licence, not a transfer of title, and under it you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials beyond what is needed for personal use.
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display.
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer any software on the Service.
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials.
  • Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” them on any other server.

This licence terminates automatically if you breach any of these restrictions, and we may end it at any time. On termination you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Use it for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or infringing purpose.
  • Disrupt or interfere with the Service, its servers, or its security features.
  • Upload viruses, malware or any code designed to harm or gain unauthorised access.
  • Share course materials, recordings or login access with people who are not enrolled.

Intellectual property

All course content, curriculum, notes, recordings, logos, designs and branding made available through the Service are owned by or licensed to TechnoUpskills and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited right to use them for your own learning only, and may not reproduce, distribute or commercialise them without our written permission.

Disclaimer

The materials on the Service are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechnoUpskills makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant or make representations about the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on the Service or any sites linked to it. Course outcomes also depend on individual effort and participation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall TechnoUpskills or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the materials on the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Accuracy of materials

The materials on the Service may include technical, typographical or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete or current, and we may change them at any time without notice. We are not obliged to update the materials.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by the version then in effect. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we make changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that State.
